We want you to be completely satisfied with your Official Gerry Anderson Store apparel; if your item isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the apparel in its original packaging, ensuring the return form or packing slip is included inside the parcel.

  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
